I have been teaching, training and working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Through my own experiences and those of my clients, I realized that most people know they should and need to exercise. The problem is that most people don't understand "how to" exercise and end up choosing an activity that is wrong for their needs and body. Specifically, they do not understand that their body is completely interconnected — meaning that if there is an imbalance in one area that those imbalances filter down to another part, affecting the body's overall movement and stability. The result is individuals are reinforcing bad movement patterns and then end up discouraged from lack of results or worse; they get injured. Muscle imbalances and movement issues are also often the root of chronic pain.

Exercise and movement are essential components to good health! This is why I have created this easy-to-follow, corrective exercise system. The Movement is Therapy™ program teaches the fundamentals of movement through simple exercise. Through these exercises, you are able to address faulty movement patterns and begin to correct them. This in turn sets the path for success.

We are dedicated to teaching people "how to" move correctly. Through the program, we uncover the root of the problems that are causing pain or preventing results and offer the solution. We do this by teaching our clients specific exercises, proper technique and functional progression. We give them the knowledge and understanding to ensure success and make movement work for them!

Because of this focus, all of our trainers have extensive training and education in corrective exercise and maintain current certifications in the field. Our mission and passion is to improve overall health and well-being for individuals by giving them the tools to begin a successful movement program.

We know: Movement IS Therapy!
